Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines the boundary of the service. It is binding, enforced in the product, and not negotiable. If your intended use appears on the prohibited list, we will decline or terminate your account.
Permitted use
OneEye may be used to document and verify the physical state of construction and interior fit-out work at a site you own, occupy, have been contracted to execute, or have been engaged to supervise, for the purposes of progress tracking, quality documentation, specification compliance, dispute avoidance, and handover records.
Prohibited use
You must not use OneEye, or attempt to use OneEye, to:
Identify or monitor people.
- Identify, re-identify, or attempt to re-identify any individual appearing in any photograph.
- Perform or attempt to perform facial recognition, facial analysis, gait analysis, emotion inference, age or gender inference, or any other biometric or physical-characteristic inference on any person.
- Circumvent, disable, degrade, or reverse the automatic face-blurring applied at ingestion.
- Infer, record, or report the attendance, working hours, punctuality, break behaviour, work rate, or individual productivity of any person or crew.
- Assess, rank, score, or discipline any named worker, supervisor, or crew.
Surveil.
- Upload continuous video, live camera feeds, audio recordings, or drone footage of areas beyond the defined worksite.
- Photograph or upload images of any residential interior that is occupied, or any area where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, including bathrooms and bedrooms in occupied dwellings.
- Photograph or upload images of any site you do not have the legal right to photograph.
- Use the service covertly, or without having given every person at the site written notice that photographs are being captured and analysed, and why.
- Track, infer, or report the location or movement of any individual.
Automate consequences.
- Connect a OneEye output to any system that automatically withholds payment, applies a penalty, terminates an engagement, or takes any other adverse action against a person or business without human review and human authorisation.
Misrepresent.
- Present a OneEye output as a structural certification, statutory inspection, safety clearance, engineering opinion, or legal proof.
- Alter a OneEye record and present it as unaltered.
Standard prohibitions.
- Any unlawful purpose, or any purpose infringing a third party's rights.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting model weights or training data.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the service without a written agreement.
- Attempting to compromise the security or availability of the service.
How we enforce this
- Face blurring runs at ingestion, before any inference, and cannot be disabled by any customer at any tier.
- The system stores no biometric templates and runs no identity model. There is no code path that produces a person identity.
- No API endpoint returns person-level data, headcount, or time-on-site.
- Payment-related output is expressed only as work-item completion against your own milestone schedule, and is always marked as requiring human authorisation.
- Reported violations are investigated. Confirmed violations result in termination without refund.
Reporting
Report suspected misuse to abuse@oneeye.in. If you are a worker who believes photographs of you are being processed without notice, write to privacy@oneeye.in and we will investigate and, where warranted, suspend the project.
