Refund Policy
First project free. No card required. Nothing to refund.
Single project. Full refund within 7 days of project creation if fewer than 3 daily records have been generated. After that, no refund, because the processing has been performed.
Studio subscription. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. No pro-rata refund of the current month. No auto-renewal after cancellation.
Contractor tier. Per the signed agreement.
Service failure. If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing month, we credit that month in full on request.
Termination for AUP breach. No refund.
